การเดินทางบ่มเพาะประสบการณ์หลังจากเรียนจบปริญญาตรี ทำงานอาสาสมัครต่างๆ และเดินทางหนึ่งปี และหยุดที่การไปตั้งต้นทำ โครงการจุดตะเกียงเล่านิทานในสวน และสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้พึ่งตนเอง ที่พิษณุโลก

การประชุมการศึกษาทางเลือกนานาชาติ ที่โรงเรียนหมู่บ้านเด็ก การประชุมการศึกษาทางเลือกที่ทำให้เราได้เห็นผ่านประสบการณ์ รูปแบบ ปรัชญา แรงบันดาลใจการจัดการศึกษาทางเลือกนานาชาติ ในรูปแบบที่ตัวเองใฝ่ฝัน ได้พบกับจิม คอนเนอร์ ผู้เป็นครูและแรงบันดาลใจร่วมในการสร้างการศึกษาและชุมชนทางเลือกเพื่อเด็กชายขอบด้วยกัน

April 2001
ได้รับทุนไปเข้าร่วมการประชุมเครือข่ายการศึกษาทางเลือกที่โรงเรียน Upatinas school, USA และได้ผ่านประสบการณ์การเป็นอาสาสมัครในโรงเรียน สามเดือน ได้เดินทางดูงานโรงเรียนทางเลือกในอเมริกา

ได้รับทุนให้ไปเรียน ในหลักสูตรครูทางเลือก ( Teacher Education Program ) ที่โรงเรียน Upatinas school 2 ปี

เริ่มก่อตั้ง Whispering Seed Foundation (โครงการเมล็ดดาวกล่อมฝัน)

International Democratic Education Conference
June 2003
เข้าร่วมการประชุม IDEC ที่นิวยอร์ก และได้เดินทางแลกเปลี่ยนดูงานชุมชนการศึกษาทางเลือกในอเมริกา

Put WS foundation in Pittsanulok Natural Building and Permaculture Workshop
November 2003
เริ่มหาพื้นที่ตั้งโครงการในไทย ที่พิษณุโลก จัด Workshop Permaculture & Natural Building
เพื่อเป็นทุนสร้างโครงการ

ไปประชุมการจัดการศึกษา IDEC ในอินเดีย และเดินทางดูงานการศึกษาทางเลือกในอินเดีย

เริ่มรับเด็กที่ไม่มีครอบครัว เด็กกำพร้ามาอยู่ในโครงการ
เริ่มทำโครงการอบรมครูกับกลุ่มคนไทยใหญ่ที่อยู่ชายขอบประเทศจีน
ทำงานกับเครือข่ายบ้านดิน ทั่วประเทศ

2006
IDEC ที่ออสเตรเลีย
นักเรียนฝึกงานนานาชาติ มาฝึกงานกับโครงการ
ความสัมพันธ์เริ่มเปราะบาง งานเริ่มล้น มีเด็กที่อยู่ในบ้านในโครงการ และเริ่มต้องเข้าไปช่วยงานสงเคราะห์กับผู้ปกครองของเด็กที่มีโรคเอดส์
เริ่มมีปัญหาในที่ดินเรื่องทางไสยศาสตร์ และจิมเป็นโรคมาลาเลียติดต่อกันหลายเดือน


2007
เริ่มทำงานหลักสูตรชุมชนและศูนย์วัฒนธรรมกะเหรี่ยงกับอบต.ไล่โว่
Whispering Seed เริ่มกลับมาย้อนดูการทำงาน ทิศทาง และความสัมพันธ์
เริ่มออกมาหาเครือข่าย Training NVC Life coaching
รับเคสเด็กวัยรุ่นแม่เลี้ยงเดี่ยว ที่มีปัญหาทางจิตใจและโดนกระทำ ที่ส่งผลต่อทุกคนในโครงการต้องทำงานหนักและเสียพลังงานมาก
ความสัมพันธ์อยู่ในขั้นเปราะบางมาก เริ่มแยกห่าง ให้พื้นที่กันและกัน สร้างบ้านเด็ก และแยกพื้นที่การทำงาน

2008
Take a break with relationship and Whispering seed work
เริ่มเรียนรู้อยู่กับทุกข์ เริ่มเข้าเรียนรู้ ธรรมะ มองย้อนในประสบการณ์ Retreat

2009
Start Wandering Seed Project , Open Firefly River, alternative learning center
Master Degree at Asomsilp
ก่อตั้งโครงการเมล็ดดาวเดินทาง เปิดศูนย์การเรียนห้วยหิ่งห้อย สังขละบุรี
